It's a blend of Sav Blanc, Semillon and Colombard and is a real winner. It's got a slight spritz in it to keep it fresh on the palate, and it will please endless drinkers. Food or no food it's an anytime wine. If you're a wine snob, then decant it into carafes before serving.
