company) and David van Niekerk (from High Constantia wine estate).

These wine gurus, together with Extraordinary Expeditions, have designed a very special long weekend celebrating the start of spring, with themed dinners to learn about their respective wine-making endeavours. Extraordinary Expeditions is a small specialist tour operator owned by Conrad Hennig in Johannesburg.

Ex- Wilderness Safaris, Conrad has guided most of southern and Eastern African countries as well as led expeditions at the polar regions of the world. Conrad and business partner Andrew Huddy formed The Bushvine Trading Company in 2009 hoping to create the best wine company with select wineries represented in South Africa. Bushvine has ceilinged at 11 the estates that they represent and each estate encapsulates the best of the “appellation” that they are found in.

Thursday 30 August to 01 September 2012, three nights fully inclusive of all meals, sparkling and still water throughout, selected all wines at lunches and dinners, hosts Giorgio and George Dalla Cia, David van Niekerk’s seminars.

Three themed special gourmet dinners with each of the wine makers and a special bush brunch to end off with on the Sunday. All game activities, game drives, walks etc included. Excluded are: laundry, gratuities, items of a personal nature, transfers to the reserve gate (from Nelspruit – Kruger airport, prices on request) supplementary wine (all the wines will be available at the lodge)
